The Premium Apartment (65 m²)
Perfect for up to 3 people
Modern, spacious, and fully equipped. Featuring a private kitchen, washing machine and dryer, a large bathroom, and a cozy living and dining area with a sofa bed for maximum freedom.
Prices:
- from €90.00 / night for 1–2 people
- Extra bed (per person): + €25.00 / night
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Breakfast can be booked as an optional extra for €12.00 per person/day.
The double rooms (20 m²)
Suitable for every match
Four modern rooms await you: two are classic rooms with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), and two feature separate beds (100 x 200 cm each) — whichever suits your needs.

- Occupancy by 2 people: €90.00 / night
- For sole use: €70.00 / night
- Breakfast can be booked as an optional extra for €12.00 per person/day.

Good to know – Important booking information
- Allergies & Vegan Diet: To ensure your breakfast or meals are perfect, please be sure to inform us in writing of any allergies or requests for a vegan diet directly when booking.
- Vacation with your four-legged friend: Are you traveling with a dog? Short-haired dogs are welcome with prior notification. As we have limited space available for this, a reservation is required, and the fee is €6.00 per night.
- Maximum flexibility: We know that plans change. That’s why you can cancel your stay with us on short notice—up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival.
